FLUORAL process is the result of extensive R&D efforts of a company with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. Proper surface treatment of preformed heavy gauge aluminum base metal followed, by sandblasting prior to TEFLON ® coating are the main features of this process. The utensil with its premium non-stick and easy clean-up properties has a long service life, much more than the conventional post formed non-stick cookware.

The non-stick coating material, " TEFLON II ® " , supplied by E.I. DuPont de Nemours, is used for interior coating. The heat resistant exterior finish is specially formulated to give a high gloss and scratch resistant coating.

Both interior and exterior coatings are completely safe and approved for food contact by health conscious agencies . The utensil has fulfilled the requirements of the " Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran " and the Istitute's seal of quality is affixed to it.
