This machine has three series of adjustable anvil even at small sizes in order of milimeters.   
which operates separately.  this fact provides complete control of final product of the machine's output .  this machine is able to produce concrete and asphalt materials. the rotor of the machine in rotation produces great kinetic energy due to having heavy weight and  bout five tons for v.s. 180 and three tons for v.s.100,   
which causes uniform rotation in full load conditions and the least consumption of electrical energy . The axis of the rotor is rotating on roller bearings and due to having lavirant system on bearings to grease, all wearing parts of the machine including . hammers, anvils, causes the most access of the roller bearings to grease.   
All wearing parts of the machine including .  hammers, anvils, and linings which protect the body are convertable and is made of foundry cast iron (manganese steel) with minimum number of parts.

This type of sand washing and dewatering machine is used in high capacity for sand and gravel plants.   Because of the low speed of wheel (3 rpm) and high discharge of waste water most of fine sand will remain for better gradation.
