Relying on 25 years of experience and expertise of its employees and using equipment and machinery located in an area of about 50,000m², it operates.

This Group is active in the field of design and fabrication of the following:

4- Bridges and Heavy Steel Structures

All design and calculations are carried out using computer software's and according to valid internationally recognized standards as well as customers’ requests.

^{1- Horizontal and Vertical Pressure Vessels}

2- Storage Tanks

Various types of storage tanks for CO₂, O₂, N & Cl are all designed and fabricated to order. Co₂ storage tanks with a design pressure of 22 Bar and a temperature of -50C° in different capacities are made as well. Storage tanks for hydrogen gas (bullet), which requires advanced technology, have been designed and fabricated for Tabriz Petrochemical Complex with the following specifications:

Design Pressure : 105 bar
Weight : 70 tons
Diameter : 2.5 m
Length : 10 m

^{3- Refinery/Petrochemical Distillation Towers}

4- Stationary LPG Vessels

Stationary LPG vessels with a design pressure of 250 psi and various capacities such as 500, 1000, 1500, 6565, 12000, 18000 and 30000 W. Gallon are among routine production of this group.

5- Mobile LPG Vessels

Fabrication of mobile LPG vessels with a design pressure of 265psi and two different capacities i.e. 4500 and 9800 W. Gallon can also be made to order.

^{6- Spherical LPG Vessels}

7- Fixed & Floating Roof Storage Tanks

Design and fabrication of over 200 units of floating roof storage tanks with a capacity ranging from 100m³ to 40290m³ and the fixed roof 100m³ to 22140m³.

8- Indirect Gas Heaters

These heaters are designed and fabricated according to ASME standard. The capacity ranges from 3500 SCMH to 100,000 SCMH with a working pressure of 400-1000psi.

9- Gas Filter Separators

These separators are designed and fabricated according to ASME standard. The capacity ranges from 5000 SCMH to 45000 SCMH with a working pressure of 400-1000psi.

10- Heat Exchangers

Design and fabrication of heat exchangers in different types based on ASME and TEMA standards.

Steam Boilers

a) Design and fabrication of fire-tube steam boilers based on BS 2790 (latest edition) with a capacity of 2470-50,000 lb/hr and a working pressure of 150-450 psi are among various products of the group.

b) Design and fabrication of hot-water boilers ranging from 6 X 106 BTU/hr based on BS 2790 (latest edition).

Power Plant and Dam Equipment

a) Fabrication of the highest steel tower in Iran, i.e. the chimney of Shahid Rajaee Power Plant which is 220 meters high and weighs 4500 tons.

b) Design and fabrication of storage tanks, steel pipe, racks and steel structures for power plants including Shahid Rajaee and Hamedan.

Bridges / Heavy Steel Structures

Possessing over 25 years of experience in design and fabricating of various steel bridges including:

Truss bridges with simple spans ranging from 12m to 45m (with 3m increase).

Composite girder bridge with simple spans ranging from 15m to 60m flexible width: from 5m, with 2.5m increase.

Arch bridges with a span up to 150m.

Orthotropic bridges with simple and continuos spans.
