an independent subsidiary in 1993, IOMServ has become the largest and best equipped service center in Iran,

the brands of our products : Copiers, Facsimiles, Printers, Monitors, Computer Networks (maintaining some of the largest in Iran),
and the Electronics division which services Calculators, Banking Teller Terminals, Point
of Sales and Bank Note Counting Machines.
IOMServ also maintains an independent quality control division. its
function is to assess each product divisions service quality via feedback from
customers. Our expertise and equipment allow a high quality of board repair down to
component level, which eliminates the need for board replacements and reduces the cost of
service to our customers. This, in turn, enhances the long-term brand image of our
products.
At any time IOMServ stocks over four million
spare parts, categorized under 12,000 product codes. Procedures inside IOMServ are designed to
expedite time of ordering to delivery of parts. Indeed, quality in our procedures bring
forth quality in our servicing.
To maintain and augment overall quality

invests in the continuous in-depth training of its engineers and agents across the
country. The company holds regular classes at in-house training locations and instructors
