Komshecheh, Elit, Lar, Ardekan, Dasht-E-Deh, Djasb, Dadji abad, Vardeh, Chari mines are situated in the provinces of Esphahan, Mazandaran, Tehran and Yazd.
2- Bentonite
The Mehrejan bentonite mine, situated in Esphahan province, is being actively mined. The other mines are Siahkuh and Zarrin located in Tehran and Yazd provinces.
3-Iron Oxide (Hematite)
An operative iron oxide mine, named Deh-Zaman, is located in Khorassan Province.

4-Powder Producing Factories
Industrial powders are produced in three powder production factories named, Salafchekan, Parandak and Khoram-Dareh. Powders such as barite, bentonite, kaolin, calcium carbonate, talc, mica, fluorine are produced in the factories of Salafchekan in the city of Arak and Parandak in the city of Saveh, but hematite powder is produced in the Khoram-Dareh factory.
