Almase Saz Co. - logoALMASE SAZ CO. PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS

1- MILLING INSERTS:
Solid carbide milling inserts coated or uncoated; face, shoulder, rough, slitting, disk, pocket, slot, chamfer and circular mills with indexable inserts, which are manufactured with the highest standards, they truly are the answer to any milling needs.
2- HTS DRILLS:
These are produced in four different types:
1- Solid tungstan carbide drills coated or uncoated, from 3 to 20 mm in diameter.
2- Drills with indexable inserts cutting edge, from 16 to 82 mm.
3- Drills with changeable head and indexable cutting edge, from 20 to 45 mm.
4- Drills with changeable cartridge, head and indexable inserts cutting edge, pilot drill with adjustable length of drilling, from 45 to 170 mm.
The Almase saz drilling range, today's "Trend setter" for drilling operations with a standard of diameter range from 3 to 170mm and the ability to drill depths up to 8 x D (their own diameter).
3- THREADINGS:
The ALMASE SAZ threading program comprises toolholders for external machining in straight and cranked version and a version for overhead machining, as well as boring bars for internal machining, with or without shim for tapping. These tools are available in right-hand and left-hand version.
Using different shims, the inclination angle in the tool can be modified, enabling the production of threads with different Helix angles.
The cutting inserts program offers improved solid-profile indexable inserts for metric ISO, Withworth, BSPT, NPT, UN, UNJ and ACME threads; both in left-hand and right-hand version. The solid-profile indexable inserts are suitable for stud clamping, screw clamping systems and clamping shoe systems.
4- FORMING DIES:
Benefiting from a wide range of top class modern machinery, ALMASE SAZ CO., has the technology to manufacture forming Dies with cold and hot capability, these also include punch, matrix, special hard metal tools for manufacturing screw, and wire dice. Also wear parts for producing profile, in a variety of grades and shapes.
5- CREMETS:
Cremets are compound of ceramics and metals where, similar to carbamide, non oxide ceramics (TiC & TiN) as wear resistance hardness carriers are embedded in a metallic binder phase (Nickel). They hence combine maximum wear resistance and toughness.
With a grain size below 2 mm, ALMASE SAZ Ceramets possess high wear resistance and at the same time resistance to the plastic deformation. This results in long tool life. Cermet is the universal grade for both turning and milling. Their main field of application is the milling of steel.
6- WOOD MACHINING:
Machining soft wood requires sophisticated tools because of high cutting speeds and heavy fluctuations cutting forces.
Carbide-tipped saw blades, routers, and shaping tools are specially sinted to meet these requirements.
ALMASE SAZ carbide performs exceptionally well when machining composite materials, such as compressed wood board.
7- ROCK TOOLS:
The range of carbide inserts and inserts offered by ALMASE SAZ in their program for the mining industry, have very efficient application in the following fields. Round-shaft, flat, head, and floor cutters, roller bit tools, tools for road milling machines, stone working tools, monobloc, percussion, cutter slot crushing and pin percussion drills, rotary-drill cutting edges and rotary rock drills.
