Alborz Paraffin Co. was privately established in 1989 by Mr. Ali A. Tayyeba, chairman of board of director and major shareholder of the company.

 
Alborz Paraffin Co. manufactures and exports following products:
A. Pharmaceutical liquid paraffin (according to BP 2000)
B. White oil (Industrial liquid paraffin)
C. Pharmaceutical solid paraffin (according to BP 1998)
D. Semi refined paraffin wax
E. White petroleum jelly (vaselline) (according to BP 2000)
